  • Our home assembly service costs £99 and guarantees safe installation and setup of mobility scooters and profiling beds. This includes delivery, assembly and a demonstration on how to use your new product. Our installation partner will contact you to arrange a suitable day to deliver and install your products within 14 working days.

  • Standard delivery is available on products across the website. Orders over £75 ex VAT, standard delivery is free!

    UK Mainland only. Please note that we do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays.

    Standard Delivery (Small and Medium Products): £3.95

    Order by 5pm, for same day despatch (Monday - Friday), 3-5 Working Days delivery (Monday - Friday).

  • For products such as mobility scooters and wheelchairs, your order will be delivered using a palletised service and manual handling will be required. Home assembly is also available.

    Standard Delivery (Large Products): Free

    5-7 Working Days (Monday - Friday)

  • Next working day delivery is available on selected smaller items such as incontinence pants and pads and is available for mainland UK orders only. Order before 3pm Monday to Friday to receive your order on the next working day. Please note that we do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays.

    Next Working Day Delivery (Small Products): £7.95

  • Our discreet packaging service for sensitive products such as continence care will give you the confidence to manage your condition the way you want. We respect your privacy and we guarantee every package will be:

    • Securely wrapped
    • In plain packaging
    • With NO brand logos
  • When your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you would like to track your order, simply type in your tracking number on the carrier’s website.   • All orders are shipped using one of the national couriers on a standard sized parcel. If your order is oversized, heavy, and / or out of gauge measurements, we will have to ship your order on alternate freight mode like pallets and containers.

    There will be additional charges to be paid. Additional charges may vary depends on your location and the freight mode used. One of our customer service team members will contact and update you with the additional charges before despatching the order.
